I can hardly ever get fresh slices anymore you used to be able to get a fresh slice practically anytime now you go in there and ask for a fresh slice and they want to sell you a slice that has been sitting all day because they're not willing to make a fresh pizza and they will even offer it to you for a dollar it was horrible. My point being don't offer fresh slices if you dont sell fresh . Not a very welcoming place at all🤔🙃😏

We order from there alot. We get usually an 18in pizza thin crust cheese, sausage and pepperoni get a 12 cheese for free, never a disappointment. We have ordered the chiefs Beef sandwiches with a few and or Rikki sticks, BTW thry are awesome . We have ordered the lasagna for catering, sausage, meat balls , garlic bread. Twice. Each time ,excellent. Ordered a mostaccioli half pan Came with bread ordered 2 dinner salads. No matter what we order, its always very good. Very Consistent. Our food is always ready when promised., never cold . They do not skimp on the ingredients. . The people that work there are all very nice. Its the only place we go for our Pizza. We like to try other things on the menu so far everything has been excellent.. thank you

This is a take out only location, its near my work. Their food is consistently good. I usually get a wet roast beef sandwich and a small cheese pizza. No seats. No public restrooms. No fountain drinks, have bottled soda and water etc to go. Take cash or credit/debit. Plenty of parking as they are in a small strip mall.

I just used the South Elgin Rosati’s location to cater the entrees at my daughter’s graduation party. I was very pleased with the beef but quite disappointed with the chicken tenders, fried chicken and pasta. I believe they were baked too long and were a bit tough and dry. The fried chicken was nearly black in color. I was kind of embarrassed to serve it to be honest. I won’t be using this Rosati’s to cater chicken and pasta in the future and will just stick with ordering their pizza, which I love and have never had an issue with. I’m sorry Rosati’s.

Good pizza, good service. -1 star because the manager has a sign up that says if the front desk staff gives out discounts they will have it taken out of their check. Unfortunately that's illegal, and I don't personally support that type of intimidation. Fire them if you want, but you can't deduct their paycheck legally without their consent.
